Orbit Chat AI is a multi-channel customer communication platform operated by Vrit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We help businesses manage conversations from multiple sources (website chat, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other channels) in one centralized platform, powered by AI technology.
2. Eligibility
To use Orbit Chat AI, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
- Use the service for lawful business purposes only
- Not be located in a country subject to a U.S. or international embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
When you create an account, you must provide:
- Accurate and complete information
- A valid email address and phone number
- Your company name (for business accounts)
- Billing information for paid plans
3.2 Account Types
We offer different account types:
- Free Trial: Limited features for 14 days (no credit card required)

- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
- Scrape data or use automated tools without permission
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
- Impersonate others or provide false information
4.3 Content Restrictions
You may not use Orbit Chat AI to transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, or infringes intellectual property rights.
5. AI Features and Limitations
5.1 AI Training and Usage
- You can train the AI with custom FAQs, product details, and documents specific to your business
- Your training data is used exclusively for your account and not shared with other users
- The AI analyzes conversations in real-time to suggest automated responses
5.2 AI Limitations and Disclaimers
- Not 100% Accurate: AI-generated responses are suggestions and may contain errors
- Review Required: You should always review AI responses before sending them to customers
- No Liability: We are not responsible for damages caused by inaccurate or inappropriate AI responses
- Continuous Learning: The AI improves over time but may make mistakes
5.3 Your AI Training Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date training information
- Do not train the AI with illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Regularly update your AI training data to maintain quality
6. Third-Party Platform Integrations
6.1 Connected Channels
Orbit Chat AI integrates with platforms like Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok, and others. When you connect these platforms:
- You must comply with each platform's terms of service and policies
- We access only the data necessary to provide our service (messages, contact info, etc.)
- Each platform has its own privacy policy—please review them
- We may add new integrations over time and will notify you of updates
6.2 Third-Party Responsibilities
- We are not responsible for third-party platform changes, downtime, or policy violations
- If a platform suspends your account, it may affect Orbit Chat AI functionality
- You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions for connected platforms
7. Subscription and Payment
7.1 Fees and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance based on your chosen plan
- Prices are listed on our website and may vary by plan and region
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Fonepay, eSewa, Stripe, etc.)
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise
7.2 Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
- You will be charged using your saved payment method unless you cancel before renewal
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
7.3 Price Changes
- We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice
- Existing customers will be notified via email before price increases take effect
- If you don't agree to the new pricing, you can cancel your subscription
7.4 Late Payment and Suspension
- If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your account again
- Your account may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment

- Third-party platform issues (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp downtime)
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
11.2 Specific Limitations
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
- AI Responses: We are not responsible for how you use AI-generated suggestions or their outcomes
- Data Loss: Always back up important data—we are not liable for data loss except as required by law
11.3 Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vrit Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Orbit Chat AI, and our employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the service

- Violation of third-party rights (e.g., sending spam or infringing content)
- Your customer data or AI training content
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused features
